Organization Development Consulting and Executive Coaching: Eileen has coached countless executives and high potential leaders at all levels – from the C-suite to the shop floor; from CEO’s to new managers – for over 20 years. She is a certified independent executive coach.
Trainer of External and Internal Coaches: For three years, Eileen recruited, trained, certified and supervised over 100 C-level executive coaches in North America and APAC for one of the largest global coaching providers. She has also trained coaches to work as internal coaches for their companies.
Industries: Eileen’s clients come mainly from Fortune 100 – Fortune 500 corporations in most industries, as well as government entities, and non-profits, including IBM, Nortel, Cisco, Beijing Telephone Bureau, EPA, ADT, British-American, Sara Lee, DBM, Lucent and Qwest.
Master Facilitator, Team and Team Leadership Developer: Eileen has coached and facilitated hundreds of leadership teams and their leaders. For three years, she led the Human Dimension consulting team at Nortel when they were implementing their first self-directed work teams in Operations nationwide.
Board and Leadership Retreats: Eileen has designed and facilitated many off-site retreats at all levels to develop strategy, clarify mission, objectives and action plans, redesign processes, plan how to implement change initiatives, and to address irritants and issues within Leadership Teams.
Facilitating Transformational Leadership Development Programs: Eileen is an accomplished group developer and transformational teacher. She has worked extensively developing teams and leaders. She has co-led more than 30 week-long, life-changing programs at PDS, Inc. for hundreds of people from the world’s leading organizations.
Global Experience: Eileen has worked with organizations in the U.S., EMEA, APAC and Australia.
Lived in China 5 years: Eileen lived in China from 1997-2001, and in Hong Kong 2001-2002. She developed organization and management development solutions for Hong Kong companies, Chinese State Owned Enterprises, and Chinese Joint Ventures. She is the recognized expert on teaching Myers-Briggs® personality type in China. Her article comparing Chinese personality type with Western personality type was published in the Journal of Psychological Type in 1999.

Author: Eileen’s manual, Essential Skills and Concepts for Working Together Collaboratively, is used to develop teams in manufacturing and professional environments. She wrote a monthly column on management for the Guangzhou (China) City magazine for over a year. She was Adjunct Lecturer in Business Writing at New York University for two years. Her articles have been published in many publications.
Association Leadership: Eileen has served as president of two chapters of the Association for Psychological Type (APT), and a chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. In 1996, the APT presented her their Leadership award.
Education: Eileen has completed four years of post-graduate training at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, including their eighteen month Organization and Systems Development program. Her other post-graduate work has been in Team Development, Counseling Couples and other Two-Person Systems, and Executive Coaching.
